The OCEÂNICO PITCH & PUTT LEAGUE is a competition to be played over the months of January to May at the new Pitch & Putt Academy Golf Course at the Amendoeira Golf Resort.

Prizes

1^st Place Team – Trophy + Voucher for 2 rounds each player at one of our premium courses (Oceânico Faldo Course, Oceânico O’Connor Jnr., Oceânico Victoria and Oceânico Old Course) and Club Fitting at the Amendoeira Golf Academy & Callaway Fitting Suite.

2^nd Place Team – Voucher for 1 round each player at one of our premium courses (Oceânico Faldo Course, Oceânico O´Connor Jnr., Oceânico Victoria and Oceânico Old Course) and Club Fitting at the Amendoeira Golf Academy & Callaway Fitting Suite.

3^rd Place Team – Voucher for 1 round of golf each player at the Oceânico Pinhal Golf Course and Club Fitting at the Amendoeira Golf Academy & Callaway Fitting Suite.

4^th Place Team – Club Fitting at the Amendoeira Golf Academy & Callaway Fitting Suite and Golf equipment.

Eligibility

The League is open to any golf club, society or course. Each team is composed of 4 players that will play in pairs. The teams are allowed to have 2 guests to substitute any player that might not be available on the day that their match is played.

Each team is only allowed one professional.

Format

There will be one qualifying round of 9 holes with every team playing each other, gaining points for matches won. The group winners and runners–up advance to the knock–out stages.

Scoring

Points for each team will be allocated as follows:

Winner 3 points
Draw 1 point

Knock–out rounds

Teams to be distributed according to the knock–out results during the groups phase. The two teams that score the higest from the knock–out round advance to the final, held as a single match.

Rules

According to the European Pitch & Putt Association.

Entry Fee – 100€ per team (Includes a 9 hole practise round)
Green Fee – 15€ per match played
